Shipping times and carriers
For EU shipments we will use either GLS or UPS, and the estimated arrival times are between for Standard shipping is 5-7 business days (GLS, UPS) and 2-3 days with express shipping.
Customs fees
Our products will be sent from our warehouse located in EU. Usually, there are no customs fees or taxes inside the European Union, but if there are for some reason, you will have to pay for them in full when the package arrives to you. We're very sorry about this, but unfortunately, customs fees are out of our hands. Outside European Union customs fees or taxes may apply.

This beautiful soft sweater is made of lamb wool blend. Wool has properties unlike any man-made material. Wool has superior warming qualities and natural moisture-wicking capacity. Wool is warm also when moist, and thanks to natural antibacterial properties it fights back odors.
Handmade pieces are always unique and special – think about all the love and effort that went into making your dog this garment.

Finding the Perfect Size
To determine PAIKKA sweater size, measure your dog’s back from neck to the base of the tail. If your dog is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the bigger size. Please note that measurements on the size chart are the maximum measurements.

70% acrylic, 30% wool.
Care:
Wash gently by hand. Exclusive detergent for wool recommended. No bleach, no chemical wash, no tumble dry, don’t iron or use washing softeners.
