Free shipping for orders over 89€.
14-day return period.
Please note that we charge €4,95 return costs. This step serves to promote sustainable shopping and enable environmentally conscious return shipping. We will deduct the return cost from the refundable amount. If you need to return a defective product, please contact customerservice@paikka.pet. These returns remain free of charge.

Shipping times and carriers
For EU shipments we will use either DHL or UPS, and the estimated arrival times are between for Standard shipping is 5-7 business days (DHL, UPS).
Customs fees
Our products will be sent from our warehouse located in EU. Usually, there are no customs fees or taxes inside the European Union, but if there are for some reason, you will have to pay for them in full when the package arrives to you. We're very sorry about this, but unfortunately, customs fees are out of our hands. Outside European Union customs fees or taxes may apply.

I have a standard Xoloitzcuintli (Mexican Hairless) and I am really impressed with the quality of the snowsuit. The insulation is light weight, not super thick but still definitely keeps him warm paired with his suspender booties underneath the snowsuit.

I expected it to be warmer, but supposedly that depends on the dog whether it suffices. I used it for a whippet with a snood. The back legs struggled to stay inside the jumpsuit a lot of the time unfortunately, but we have the same issue with many suits. Otherwise quite like it.

The suit is made in high quality materials, the form is also really nice and keeps the dog really warm.
Unfortunately the size was too big in the lenght of the front legs. And unfortunately for shippings to Switzerland I had to pay like extra 30chf because of customs fee, which makes it not profitable to order there anymore :(

I returned it because it was too big but the jacket was fantastic. I suggest you make a short leg version for small dogs
