Shipping times and carriers
For EU shipments we will use either GLS or UPS, and the estimated arrival times are between for Standard shipping is 5-7 business days (GLS, UPS) and 2-3 days with express shipping.
Customs fees
Our products will be sent from our warehouse located in EU. Usually, there are no customs fees or taxes inside the European Union, but if there are for some reason, you will have to pay for them in full when the package arrives to you. We're very sorry about this, but unfortunately, customs fees are out of our hands. Outside European Union customs fees or taxes may apply.

OUR SOLUTION: PAIKKA Drying Towel is made of super soft high-quality microfiber material. The towel makes grooming and bath time super easy and helps to keep your home or car clean from water droplets after your friend has had their bath in the tub or the nearest pond.
Just slip your hands inside the pockets at end of the towel and give your friend a nice rub down. Super absorbent microfiber will dry your dog's fur quickly. SILVERPLUS® treatment on the fabric also fights off odors.
This towel is also made to last as it’s durable and machine washable.

Care:
Machine wash at 40 degrees, gentle cycle. No bleach, no chemical wash, no tumble dry. Do not iron. SILVERPLUS® might lessen after 50 times of laundry.
NOTE for Navy color! Wash the product before use. Dark colors may contain surplus of dye, wash with like colors.
