Shipping times and carriers
For EU shipments we will use either GLS or UPS, and the estimated arrival times are between for Standard shipping is 5-7 business days (GLS, UPS) and 2-3 days with express shipping.
Customs fees
Our products will be sent from our warehouse located in EU. Usually, there are no customs fees or taxes inside the European Union, but if there are for some reason, you will have to pay for them in full when the package arrives to you. We're very sorry about this, but unfortunately, customs fees are out of our hands. Outside European Union customs fees or taxes may apply.

OUR SOLUTION: PAIKKA Drying Towel is made of high-quality microfiber material with beautiful waffle weave. The absorbent material makes it easy to clean your dog’s paws after a walk in rain or dries their slobber. The small towel is lightweight and convenient to carry with you, making it perfect for on-the-go use.
This towel is also made to last as it’s durable and machine washable.

Care:
Machine wash at 40 degrees, gentle cycle. No bleach, no chemical wash, no tumble dry. Do not iron. SILVERPLUS® might lessen after 50 times of laundry.
NOTE for Navy color! Wash the product before use. Dark colors may contain surplus of dye, wash with like colors.
