Please note that we charge €4,95 return costs. This step serves to promote sustainable shopping and enable environmentally conscious return shipping. We will deduct the return cost from the refundable amount. If you need to return a defective product, please contact customerservice@paikka.pet. These returns remain free of charge.

• For orders valued less than 89€, shipping is 5€
• For orders valued 89€ or more, free shipping

 

For some countries, different shipping fees apply:
Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey.

Shipping times and carriers
For EU shipments we will use either DHL or UPS, and the estimated arrival times are between for Standard shipping is 5-7 business days (DHL, UPS).

Customs fees
Our products will be sent from our warehouse located in EU. Usually, there are no customs fees or taxes inside the European Union, but if there are for some reason, you will have to pay for them in full when the package arrives to you. We're very sorry about this, but unfortunately, customs fees are out of our hands. Outside European Union customs fees or taxes may apply.
