By responding to our request to use your pictures with the hashtag #yespaikka on Instagram you agree to the following:

You provide PAIKKA a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use any pictures you have responded with #yespaikka in their marketing and/or advertising, including in the galleries on the webstore, newsletters, social media, e-mail, and other customer communications, store materials, and other marketing purposes.

You hereby certify that:

• you own all of your rights to your pictures,
• you have been granted permission from any person appearing in your pictures to transfer the rights herein, and
• the use of your pictures by PAIKKA will violate any third party's rights or violate any law.

Hereby, you release PAIKKA from all obligations to pay you for the use of your pictures and freeing and agree to keep PAIKKA and all persons acting for PAIKKA from all claims (including claims from a third party), liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.
