Product Description

The PAIKKA UV & Bug Shirt is designed for protection. The GREENFIRST finishing treatment keeps mosquitoes and bugs away, while the zebra pattern creates an optical illusion that helps deter flying insects. The fabric is treated with UV protection to block harmful UV rays. Made of quick-drying and lightweight polyester, the design and elastic fabric allow free movement.

Materials

92% polyester, 8% elastane

Care

Machine wash, 30 degrees, gentle or delicate cycle. Wash inside out with similar colors. No bleach, no chemical wash, no tumble dry, don’t iron or use washing softeners. The UV protection effect might be lessened after 50 times of laundry.

    Nice stretchy shirt

    It works (to keep bugs away) and also seems to calm down at a time of thunder. A bit shorter than I had expected, but works nevertheless.

    Super

    Toll im Urlaub als UV Schutz oder beim Spaziergang im Wald/Wiesen als Zusatz Insektenschutz. Haben es nochnal in einer Nummer größer als üblich genommen und das erste Shirt(kleinere/übliche Größe) weiter verschenkt an den kleinen Fellbruder.

    Hyvä ötökkäsuoja

    Koiran kimpussa ei pörrää yhtään ötököitä, kun on tämä takki päällä. Myöskin koira tuntui viileältä selästä, eli estää hyvin liian lämmön koiraan.

    Game changer

    Ich bin völlig begeistert 🤩

    Durch den Größenberater auf der Homepage genau die passende Größe bekommen, schnelle Lieferung 📦

    Der Stoff ist wie ein Badeanzug, also atmungsaktiv und schnell trocknend.

    Bei um die 30 Grad Celsius waren wir im schattigen Wald 25 Minuten spazieren, vorher habe ich das Shirt nass gemacht. Auch wenn es allgemein heißt, man soll den Rücken des Hundes nicht bedecken, so war das feuchte Shirt super kühlend und nach 25 Minuten auch schon wieder trocken. Das Video zeigt Haley direkt nach der Tour, keinerlei Anzeichen von Überhitzung.

    Für warme Tage habe ich noch zusätzlich die Kühlweste gekauft, die auch sehr gut funktioniert. Bei solch guten Produkten schreibe ich gerne eine Bewertung
