Free shipping for orders over 69€.
14-day return period.
Please note that we charge €4,95 return costs. This step serves to promote sustainable shopping and enable environmentally conscious return shipping. For EU shipments we will use either DHL or UPS, and the estimated arrival times are between for Standard shipping is 5-7 business days (DHL, UPS).
Customs fees
Our products will be sent from our warehouse located in EU. Usually, there are no customs fees or taxes inside the European Union, but if there are for some reason, you will have to pay for them in full when the package arrives to you. We're very sorry about this, but unfortunately, customs fees are out of our hands. Outside European Union customs fees or taxes may apply.

Die Tasche ist fürs Gassi gehen wirklich super, es passt viel rein und das ist mir das wichtigste. Sie sieht super aus, auch bei Dunkelheit.
Leider ist der Verschluss, also die Metall Steckschnalle, zu grob für diese Tasche. Sie ist schwer, klappert und vermittelt kein Gefühl von Haltbarkeit, da sie sich leicht und mit wenig Druck öffnen lässt.
Mit einer guten Kunststoff Schnalle würde ich erneut erneut kaufen, so leider nicht.

but it is not very convenient to use. The opening is supposed to be on something like a frame, and it is difficult to open it if the bag sits tightly on the body without hanging out. The long belt stretches easily when moving, and the free end does not lock in any way and flutters beautifully. The pocket for small items is very narrow and tight, it is difficult to reach there with your hand. But I really liked that the main compartment for treats is equipped with a zipper and can be remove for washing. In general, all materials are of very high quality and pleasant to the touch, and overall look is nice. That's why I use it anyway, even though it's inconvenient for me.

Excellent product as the raincoat. I bought the raincoat and when I see the material completely waterproof I decided to buy the bag also.
